Real estate developer Primehomes has broken ground for the construction of Liana, the sixth of 11 towers at Primehomes Capitol Hills, an urban botanical community located in Quezon City.

“Today not only marks the beginning of the construction of Liana but also serves as a testament to our unwavering commitment to growth and progress,” said Lemuel B. Dionisio, Primehomes President. “With each project, we create not just residential towers, but communities that elevate the way people live. Primehomes’ continuous expansion exemplifies our focus on pioneering innovation, enriching urban living standards, and creating sustainable communities that stand the test of time.”

Suitably named Liana, meaning “to twine around” or “forest vine,” the newest luxurious residential tower is perched at the highest point of Primehomes Capitol Hills. It resembles a forest vine that embraces and blooms in high places. Unlike other residential towers in the neighborhood, Liana stands private and secluded with no adjacent towers, yet maintains the same well-rounded security as the rest of them. Liana is designed to mix lush greens with contemporary amenities and features to reflect an environment where the city meets nature.

Its location offers direct entry to Parque Verde, a main Capitol Hills amenity that sits at the heart of the neighborhood. A water park designed for recreation and leisure, Parque Verde features interconnected swimming pools, tropical cabanas, and stream rock scraping, promoting quality time with family and friends. Nature-lovers and fitness enthusiasts can take advantage of its different pathways to jog, walk, and bike around the gated community.

The upcoming tower is accessible through the Zuzuaregui Gate, providing ease of entry and exit to the neighborhood. It is also in close proximity to the Capitol Hills commercial development underway.

Liana will house a total of 144 units, consisting of 48 studio premier units, 72 one-bedroom units, and 24 two-bedroom units. This newest tower will also offer high-ceiling loft-type units, which allow for better natural lighting and provide an open floor space to equip residents with greater freedom to furnish their homes. Residents will have assured parking with a 1:1 ratio of slot per unit owner.

Primehomes Capitol Hills is positioned at the center of Quezon City, offering convenient access to destinations of interest, including top universities, commercial destinations, and business districts. It features luxurious amenities, a multi-purpose clubhouse, and a commercial development. Its community boasts of greenery and open spaces that support active and sustainable lifestyles.

Liana is the latest addition to the Laselva phase and is currently 40% sold, according to Primehomes. It is set for completion by April 30, 2025 and be ready for occupancy a year later.
