The Max’s Breakfast Buffet consists of all time breakfast favorites such as tapa, tocino, corned beef, Vigan longganisa, and crispy bacon chips.
There is also an egg station where a cook prepares the dish depending on the customer’s preference. This can either be sunny side up, scrambled, or omelette with various tasty fillings.
Guests can also enjoy Pinoy morning meal staples like a warm bowl of hearty and filling congee or sweet champorado.
Since eating bread has always been a part of morning routines, there is also a variety of fresh baked goods from Max’s Corner Bakery that will give everyone the energy for the day.
The buffet also includes drink options such as Brewed Coffee, Juice, Hot Chocolate, and Iced Tea.
