Compared to my previous Xiaomi Smart Band, I love that the screen is now larger and with a 9.7mm ultra-slim body. A thin body with more screen means more area to watch and enjoy the features.

Compared to my Xiaomi Smart Band 10 which has 1500nits, the Xiaomi Smart Band 10 Pro has 2000nits peak brightness, an increase of 33%! Now it is even more suitable for bright rooms or outdoor settings under the sun. This means that I don’t even need to hide under the sun or cover the watch just to check the time.
By the way, NIT refers to level of luminance or brightness. The 2000nits means it is the maximum brightness that the screen can provide in a strong light environment. According to what I’ve read, for a watch display to be clearly visible in direct sunlight, it typically needs a brightness of at least 1,000 nits and clearly the Xiaomi Smart Band 10 Pro delivers and leave you squinting just to check the time. It is still the same with the previous version which is like having a personal trainer on your wrist. As I am not a health buff but can play a lot of sports and do activities like swimming, volleyball, bowling, badminton, fun marathons, jogging, and dancing among others and I would love a smart watch that can keep up and the Xiaomi Smart Band 10 Pro is definitely a notch higher.

The Xiaomi Smart Band 10 Pro detects real-time heart rate data, which can even be transmitted via Bluetooth to cycling computers or third-party apps for precise tracking, this is helpful especially for athletes who undergo scientifically-driven workouts and let doctors or coaches to have access to their heart rate.
- 5ATM WATER RESISTANCE
A 5ATM rating means a watch can withstand the pressure of being submerged of up to 50 meters, but this doesn’t mean it’s suitable for swimming at that depth. At least I don’t have to worry on water splashes and even when showering or swimming in shallow water.

The Xiaomi Smart Band 10 Pro monitors stress levels and provides prompts to relax during extended periods of high stress. This is needed now because we all live in a fast-phased environment and you need to slow down at times to be able to take care of your health.

With a lot of less time sleeping, this is important to me because it acts as a reminder that I need to sleep and rest more.
